Using the service
This page sets out the service conditions. Organizer terms are accepted through a separate explicit action when enforcement is rolled out; simply visiting the site is not recorded as acceptance of a new version. You must meet the age and consent requirements that apply where you live and the terms of your sign-in provider. If parental or guardian permission is required, obtain it before playing online.
Accounts and nicknames
Keep your Google or ChatGPT account secure. Choose a respectful nickname, do not impersonate others, and avoid sharing private information. Different sign-in methods can create separate player profiles; points are not automatically combined across accounts.
Fair play
Do not use outside assistance to cheat against another person, automate point farming, exploit bugs, disrupt connections, harass others, or access rooms or data without permission. Built-in AI practice is a separate mode. We may restrict abusive activity, correct results affected by errors or abuse, and respond to reports sent to support.
Games, clocks and points
Each game explains its rules in How to play. Clocks continue when you leave a page or lose connection. Points and levels are for enjoyment only: they cannot be bought, sold, redeemed, or exchanged for money. Chinese Chess uses casual repetition rules rather than complete tournament chasing adjudication.
Content and permitted use
You may use the site for personal, lawful play. Do not copy or redistribute content beyond what applicable law or the relevant license permits. Third-party license notices remain available with the game files.
Availability and changes
Games may be updated, interrupted, or changed. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free service or permanent preservation of every game. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and as is; nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes to these terms will receive an updated effective date and, where appropriate, a notice on the site.

The platform’s role
PlayMind Arena provides software for creating, managing and presenting online event games and lucky draws. Basic drawing tools are free. For user-created events, PlayMind Arena does not directly act as the organizer, sponsor or prize distributor and does not guarantee that a participant receives a prize.
Authority and event rules
The creator must be authorised to act for the organizer and is responsible for published rules, eligibility, permission to use participant lists and handling ineligible or absent participants. Rules should explain selection, redraw conditions, repeat wins and the complaints process. Do not change rules in a way that misleads participants.
Prizes and distribution
Organizers are responsible for owning or obtaining authority to supply prizes, funding, descriptions, values, collection conditions and distribution. Applicable notification, registration, tax or recipient obligations must be handled under the relevant law. A name appearing in the software does not make PlayMind Arena responsible for paying or delivering that organizer’s prize.
Prohibited conduct and lawful use
Do not use the tools for unauthorised gambling, wagering, unlawful prize schemes, fraud or unlawful entry charges. Organizers must check their programme’s legal requirements and complete applicable formalities where they operate. Using the software is not legal approval of an event.
Disputes, errors and availability
Organizers are the first contact for eligibility, confirmed results, prizes and distribution disputes. Rehearse, check devices and connectivity, confirm results and keep appropriate reports. The service may be interrupted or contain errors; availability and suitability for every purpose are not guaranteed. If a technical or access problem occurs, stop risky actions and contact support.
Misuse and limitations
Report suspected misuse to support@playmindarena.com with necessary details and private information covered. PlayMind Arena may investigate and restrict misuse under its terms and applicable law. Liability limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law; they do not remove mandatory user rights or responsibilities the platform cannot lawfully exclude.
Acceptance, updates and existing events
When rolled out after review, new event creation requires an affirmative checkbox that starts unchecked. Visiting a page does not accept a new version. The service records the accepted version and time and does not invent records for earlier events. Under the initial rollout policy, legacy events with no record keep their existing access. Events with an acceptance record may require explicit acknowledgment of updated applicable terms or notices before further editing or operation.
Marca do evento e pagamento
The optional event branding package costs US$5, paid once through PayPal for one selected event, including all its rounds and redraws while the event remains stored. You can preview your company name, logo and banner on your device before deciding. The package applies the branding to the event presentation and includes the company name, logo and event date in its results report; it does not change random selection or guarantee a win. Without purchase, the event keeps the current PlayMind Arena appearance. Free draws and rehearsals remain available.
You must have permission to use and display every logo and banner you upload. Branding may be visible to event viewers; do not upload private information or content that infringes someone else’s rights. Before payment, you must read and actively accept these terms. Ticking the checkbox alone does not charge you or activate the package.
The package activates only after payment is confirmed. There is no automatic renewal or recurring charge. For payment, activation or refund requests, contact support@playmindarena.com.
