PLAYMIND ARENA
隐私政策
清楚了解你的数据如何被处理。

Data used for play
AI practice needs no account. Your current AI game, settings, and AI statistics are saved in your browser so you can resume. For online play, PlayMind Arena stores a player identifier, nickname, moves, room state, timing, results, points, and levels to operate the game.
Sign-in
Google or ChatGPT handles authentication. Google sends a signed identity token that can include your name, email, and profile image. PlayMind Arena verifies it and derives a player identifier from the Google identifier; your Google name, email, and image are not stored in the game profile. For ChatGPT, the site uses a site-specific user identifier. Your chosen nickname is your in-game name. Google and ChatGPT apply their own policies to their services.
What other players see
For an open waiting room, signed-in visitors can see the host nickname, game, points, and level. Your opponent sees your nickname, game moves, result, and relevant level information. Invitation-only rooms are not listed publicly; invitees still need to sign in. Avoid putting sensitive information in a nickname.
Service providers and storage
Hosting and protection use ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare. Hosting, security, and sign-in providers process connection data such as IP addresses, browser information, and technical logs as needed to deliver and protect the service. Google sign-in code loads only when you choose to continue with Google. Google Analytics (measurement ID G-389TZ9PYL1) uses advanced consent mode. On public pages and mini games its tag may load before a choice or after rejection, with analytics storage denied. Google may receive limited cookieless measurement signals for modelling. This still processes connection data; it does not mean that no data is sent. Analytics cookies require consent. It measures page visits and interactions, with browser/device information and approximate location processed by Google. Analytics is not loaded in the Lucky Draw event workspace, private viewer pages, multiplayer or sign-in pages. We do not send game nicknames, room IDs, or account identifiers as analytics data. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled for analytics. How Google uses information. Google AdSense supports advertising and delivers Google’s consent message where applicable. Its tag may load to provide that message and eligible advertising; this does not itself grant optional cookies or personalization. Rejecting optional cookies does not mean an ad-free site: Google may serve eligible limited ads. Ad delivery may still process IP addresses and use fraud-prevention storage. See Google’s policy on data use. See Cookies & storage for essential storage and optional preferences.
Retention
Room links expire after 24 hours; room cleanup runs in batches, and records linked to results or points can remain longer. Profiles, points, and result records are retained to maintain play, resolve problems, and prevent abuse. Google sessions expire after 7 days and sign-in challenges after 10 minutes. Browser data remains until you or your browser clears it. Expiry of a room link does not promise immediate deletion of every associated record.
Your choices and requests
You can sign out, clear site data in your browser, and change cookie preferences in the footer. For access, correction, or deletion of online game data, contact support@playmindarena.com. We may need to verify control of the player profile without asking for your password or login codes. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or abuse investigations; available rights depend on applicable law.
Support and children
Support emails contain the information you choose to send. Please do not send passwords, login codes, or sensitive data. Contact support@playmindarena.com about a child’s data or questions about this policy. Material policy updates receive a revised effective date below.
Event participant data
organizer-privacy-2026-11-02-v1
Event data and purposes
Organizers may upload participant IDs, names and optional groups/departments, together with an event title and prizes. This data supports eligibility management, draws, permitted result displays and reports. Phone numbers, financial, health and other sensitive information are unnecessary. Additional phone-number fields are not retained as participant-profile fields.
Collection and participant notices
Organizers must have an appropriate lawful basis to collect, use and disclose data, inform participants about its use and upload only what is necessary. An organizer’s checkbox is not participant consent and does not replace PlayMind Arena’s own legal obligations.
Access and viewer displays
The signed-in event owner manages settings, history and sharing. Public viewer APIs do not provide the complete imported participant list. Authorised viewers receive presentation content and permitted results under the name/ID display settings; they cannot manage the event or retrieve its current access code. Organizers should review display settings before presenting names or sharing exported reports.
Codes and viewing windows
New events default to Private with Code. Public events allow entry without a code through the joining flow; Organizer Only disables access for others. Private codes are checked server-side with failed-attempt limits and viewer sessions. Private codes are not included in event URLs; share them separately. Code rotation, session revocation and sharing controls apply as described in the interface. Viewing-hour restrictions are separate from data retention.
Expiry and deletion requests
Events are created with a 30-day access lifetime. Access expiry does not mean every record is immediately erased; there is currently no automatic purge of all event data at that exact deadline. Send correction or deletion requests to the organizer or support@playmindarena.com for appropriate verification and handling under applicable obligations. Exported reports and copies kept by organizers are not removed by clearing browser data.
Acceptance records
When acceptance enforcement is enabled, the service records the event ID, organizer account identifier, terms/notice versions, language, acceptance source and server-generated UTC time. These records are kept separately for accountability, including when event data is deleted; they contain no participant list, IP address or access code. Audit retention periods and the erasure-request procedure need approval in the legal review before rollout.
Rights and assistance
Depending on applicable law, participants may have rights to information, access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection. Contact the organizer first about a list they uploaded, or support@playmindarena.com for platform assistance. Appropriate verification may be needed; never send passwords, sign-in codes or another person’s data. Rights are not necessarily absolute and may be subject to lawful exceptions.
