中国面积规则 · 9 × 9 · 白方贴目 7.5。提走无气棋块。禁止自杀及全局同形再现。双方连续停一手后，按棋子和围住的空点计分。停手前请在棋盘上解决有争议的提子，留在棋盘的棋子均视为活棋。中立区域双方均不计分。此版本无让子。

Read a position

An isolated stone away from the edge has four liberties. A neighbouring opponent reduces that count. Connect to a friendly group to share liberties, and watch for groups left with only one.

A detail to notice

Before both players pass, resolve disputed captures on the board. This version counts remaining stones as alive and uses Chinese area scoring with 7.5 komi for White; it does not run a separate dead-stone negotiation.
