How to play 西洋跳棋

英式／美式西洋跳棋 · 8 × 8。黑方从下方先行。普通棋子向前移动和跳吃；王棋可沿任一斜向移动一步或跳吃。必须吃子，多次跳吃须使用同一棋子。升王后结束回合。三次重复局面，或双方各走 40 步且未吃子、未移动普通棋子，判为和棋。

Read a position

If a capture is available, an ordinary non-capturing move is not legal. After the first jump, continue jumping with that same piece when another capture is available.

A detail to notice

This is English/American checkers with short kings. Men capture forward, and reaching promotion ends that turn. Plan the landing square before committing to a forced sequence.
